Company History

We are a small family-owned real estate company doing big things for our clients. We are proud to bring boutique-style real estate professional brokerage services to homebuyers, sellers, investors, and corporate clients.

Dina & Guillermo are a husband and wife team of entrepreneurs who have been working in real estate in Mercer & Burlington counties for over 15 years. Between 2005 and 2020, we worked for the same company where we learned the ins and outs of the real estate cycle. There, we managed hundreds of transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, and corporate clients including Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Chase and other REO accounts.

In 2020, at the onset of the pandemic, we decided to join the class of entrepreneurs who left their employers to start on their own.
