Guillermo Gómez is the Broker of Record and Co-Owner of Finca Realty, responsible for compliance, agent supervision, and the standard of service on every file the brokerage handles.
Licensed since 2010, he has closed more than 160 transactions representing over $16 million in sales volume — as a listing agent, a buyer’s agent, and on cooperative and investor deals.
Before real estate, and alongside it
Guillermo began in banking in 2004, working in customer service, business banking and branch operations, and was licensed in real estate in 2010. From 2023 to 2025, while running Finca Realty, he worked at NKCDC in Philadelphia as a HUD-certified housing counselor and then as its Housing Services Manager, working through more than 300 foreclosure matters alongside mortgage delinquency and buyer-readiness programs.
That combination is why Finca Realty works the way it does: clients are expected to understand the financing, the inspection issues and the contract timeline before they decide, not after.
