Company History
We are a small family-owned real estate company doing big things for our clients. We are proud to bring boutique-style real estate professional brokerage services to homebuyers, sellers, investors, and corporate clients.
Dina & Guillermo are a husband-and-wife team who have been working in real estate in Mercer & Burlington counties for over 15 years. Between 2005 and 2020, they worked for the same company where they learned the ins and outs of the real estate cycle—managing hundreds of transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, and corporate clients, including Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Chase, and other REO accounts.
In 2020, at the onset of the pandemic, they started Finca Realty—built with sweat and tears—promising to bring core values of Experience, Transparency, and Lasting Value to every client served.
