How we got here
A small, family owned company doing serious work for buyers, sellers, investors and corporate clients.
Dina and Guillermo are married, and they learned this business at the same brokerage before they built their own. Dina started there in 2005, running the administrative side of the transaction, and earned her New Jersey license in 2013. Guillermo was licensed in 2010 and became a broker associate in 2017. Between 2014 and 2019 he ran REO and corporate accounts for Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo and Chase, which is where the discipline about deadlines and documentation came from. Hundreds of transactions for buyers, sellers and investors sit behind all of it.
In 2020, in the first weeks of the pandemic, they opened Finca Realty. It was not a good moment to start a company. They did it anyway, because they wanted one where the answer a client gets does not depend on who happens to pick up the phone.
Six years later the company is still small on purpose. Guillermo is the broker of record and he takes the calls himself. From 2023 to 2025 he was a HUD certified housing counselor in Philadelphia, which is where the teaching side of this business comes from.
It is also why we still give homebuyer classes for free, complete in Spanish or complete in English, at community organizations and at businesses whose owners want their people to understand how buying a house actually works. Ask us to bring one to your workplace.
Three things we will not trade
Experience
We have seen the parts of a transaction that go wrong. Appraisals that come in low, inspections that turn into negotiations, files that stall two days before closing. Knowing what is coming is most of what you are paying for.
Transparency
You will hear the number you do not want to hear from us before you hear it from anyone else. If a house is priced wrong, we say so. If a program does not fit you, we say that too.
Lasting Value
A closing is not the end of the relationship. Much of our business comes from people we sold to years ago, and from the people they sent to us.
