What does it cost to work with Finca Realty?
Our standard buyer representation fee is 3% of the purchase price or $5,000, whichever is greater. Any commission paid by the seller’s side is credited against that amount, so you only pay the difference, if any. We will confirm your exact number in writing, in a buyer representation agreement, before you tour any property.
Can Finca Realty guarantee my application will be approved?
No. The City of Trenton makes all final decisions on every application. Finca Realty is not affiliated with the City and cannot influence or guarantee any outcome. We are here to help you understand and complete the process.
