Your organization
Churches, schools, libraries, employers and community groups. You provide the room and bring the people; we bring the workshop.
You, as an individual
If you do not represent an organization and simply want to attend, fill this out anyway. We will let you know about the next open session on the topic you picked.
A business partner
Lenders, title companies, accountants and counselors who want to co-present. Tell us which part you would cover.

How these workshops run
A workshop runs 60 to 90 minutes. It is education, not a sales pitch: nobody has to sign anything or hand over their information to walk in.
We deliver it entirely in English or entirely in Spanish — not switching between the two. If your group is split, tell us and we will plan it with you.
Guillermo Gómez, our broker of record, spent two years at a housing nonprofit in Philadelphia — first as a HUD-certified housing counselor, then as its Housing Services Manager — while running this brokerage. That is what sits behind the material.
- You provide the room. A hall, a conference room or your church basement. If you do not have a space, say so on the form
- We bring the material. Slides and worksheets in whichever language you choose
- Mercer and Burlington are our base. We travel up to about 60 minutes around them, within New Jersey
- No cost. Not to the organization and not to anyone who attends
- Questions at the end. Always. It is the part that helps most
- We do not give legal or tax advice. When a question needs an attorney or an accountant, we say so and help you find one
