Assignment request
Eleven fields are required, plus the authorization checkbox at the end — enough for us to open the file and call you back. Everything else helps and can be left blank if you do not have it yet.

Where we take assignments
Mercer and Burlington Counties are our base. Beyond them we take assignments anywhere in New Jersey within about a 60-minute drive of our Lawrenceville office.
Occupant contact is handled in English or in Spanish by a licensed member of our team — not a call center. In municipalities where a large share of residents speak Spanish at home, that is frequently the difference between a completed occupancy check and a second trip.
Finca Realty LLC is licensed in New Jersey and works New Jersey assets only. If a property sits outside our radius, you will hear that the same day rather than have us accept it and hand the work to a subcontractor we do not supervise. Our broker of record spent two years at a Philadelphia housing nonprofit — first as a HUD-certified housing counselor, then as its Housing Services Manager — while running this brokerage, which shapes how occupant conversations get handled on our files.

- New Jersey only. We are licensed in New Jersey and do not take assignments across state lines
