Licensed, quiet
You have the license but little or nothing has closed.Very common and not disqualifying. Most agents who stall were never shown the process, only handed a lockbox code.
Not licensed yet
You are thinking about getting licensed.This is a longer road and we will tell you honestly what it costs and how long it takes before anyone earns anything.
Support roles
You want to work in real estate without selling.Administration, transaction coordination, research, marketing. Real work that does not require a license.

We are small
A boutique brokerage, family owned.You will not get lost here. You will also not find a big corporate machine behind you. Both of those are true at once.
You reach the broker
The broker of record answers.Not a team lead, not a voicemail tree. When a contract is on the line at 8pm, that matters more than almost anything else.
Bilingual is the work
Much of our business happens in Spanish.If you serve clients in Spanish, that is not a bonus here. It is the center of what we do.
We are not a lead farm
We do not promise a pipeline of handed out leads.Any brokerage promising that is either buying them or exaggerating. We would rather build you a market than rent you one.
Terms are a conversation
Splits and fees get discussed with you, not posted on a page.What is fair depends on what you bring and what you need. We would rather talk it through than compete on a number.
